Both The Mansion and The Residence contain full-sized kitchens stocked with basic cooking utensils, dinnerware, and glassware. Each kitchen is equipped with stoves, ovens, refrigerators. The Mansion kitchen also has an ice maker.

Game Building

The property has a 1,500 square foot game room, equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, projector, small gym, and full-sized screen along with eight luxurious recliners.

Tow/Storage

The property includes two very large driveways. The bottom driveway has 18 parking spaces and enough room to store up to 3 boats. The upper lot is large enough to park 8 cars safely.

Close To Town & Resort

Knickerbocker Mansion is located close to town & the Snow Summit Resort. It is only a 4-minute walk down to the Village, which is Big Bears shopping and entertainment district. Then the Knickerbocker trailhead right behind the mansion grounds takes you right to Snow Summit along the Town Trail. It is just 1 mile to get to the slopes to mountain bike or hike during the summer.
