Four structures on a 2-1/2 acre property located in the heart of downtown Big Bear Lake, CA with the National Forest as a backyard.

The Mansion, built in 1920, has 5 Master bedrooms, 6 Master bathrooms, large living room, a dining room that seats up to 43, playroom, sitting room, large kitchen (with double ovens, double refrigerators, two dishwashers, ice maker), laundry room, covered patio with BBQ, outdoor patio that seats up to 70. One of the bedrooms, The Mansion Suite, is a 800 square foot bedroom that sits on the top floor of the Mansion. The Mansion Suite has 3 King beds and 1 twin bed. The Mansion has a 2,000 sq. ft. Man Cave located in the basement with bar, plenty of seating, air hockey, and other games.

The Carriage House, built in 1920, has 6 Master bedrooms including the Carriage Suite. The Carriage Suite is an 800 square foot room with King bed and Queen sofa pull out couch. Every bedroom in the Carriage House has a Master Bathroom with shower and tub. Each room has a private entrance and is not accessible by any other room.

The Residence has 3 Master bedrooms, 3 Master bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen, dining area, laundry, private deck and private patio with jacuzzi.

The 850 sq. ft. Recreation Building contains a large bar, pool table, ping pong table, movie theater and small gym (elliptical, weights & bench).

The 2-1/2 acre grounds have a large courtyard with seating for up to 25people with various games, a large double sidewalk with bikes & scooters, and large outdoor firepit. For the kids there is a large playhouse and 75′ long stainless steel slide that are both located near the courtyard. An additional Jacuzzi sits atop the courtyard (the other jacuzzi is located in a private patio at the Residence).
